Tractor = anything with wheels

We do not know where he got the idea...but somehow Elias has determined that anything with wheels is a tractor.  Trucks, cars, trains, lawn mowers, strollers, etc.  Tractor came shortly after uh-oh and Da-Da.  Give him a "tractor" and he will be entertained for hours.  This, combined with going outside, is his current picture of heaven.  Reminds me of Yaconelli's Dangerous Wonder.

Halloween for us consisted of putting a few costumes on Elias and taking some pictures...then passing out fruit snacks to the neighbor kids when they stopped by.  My strategy with fruit snacks payed off...when the 5th group of kids arrived one girl said, "ummm...I don't like these, you can have them back."  After this I turned out the light, locked the door, and watched Amazing Race.  Rrrrrr.

Last weekend we went home for Loree's (Lindsay's sister) wedding.  Here are a few pictures of the weekend...including Elias displaying his yoga move with car in hand and clothes nowhere to be found.
