Liam watches from the warmth of the ergo as Elias plays in the big pile of leaves. I want to compost them, Lindsay wants to bag them...I will let you know in the spring who wins this battle!

Post-Dinner Serenade
Elias decided to serenade us after dinner tonight. Most the time he quits singing when I bring out the camara...this time was different.

More Fall
First of all...probably not the best idea. But, letting Elias play with the hose has provided a lot of entertainment. His little hands can barely squeeze the trigger, but he stretches and strains. I was doing some planting in the front of the house when I got nailed by a strong stream of water. Unfortunately running away only encouraged him to try to hit me again. I hid behind a tree and talked him down.
Ah...while home in Indiana we visited Andersons apple orchard with Anna and Steve.

Indiana
We took the holiday weekend as an excuse to make the 10hr drive back to Indiana to visit family. We spent the first half of the week at my parents place north of Muncie. Elias loved playing in the flowing well, running around the porch, playing with the dogs, and riding my dad's tractor. The second half of the week we packed up and spent time with Lindsay's family in Indianapolis. It turns out Hannah is now Elias' new best friend, I am not as good in ping-pong as I thought I was, and if I were a M.D. I would set up shop right next door to Gray Brothers Cafeteria in Mooresville, IN.
